In this vibrant spring season, a special charity event quietly unfolded at the Shanghai Zoo – a group of volunteers from Target joined hands with Stepping Stones to bring an unforgettable joyful journey to over 10 children with autism from Shanghai Qingcongquan Children’s Intelligence Training Centre.
On that day afternoon, the sun bathed the entrance of the zoo as the children, accompanied by volunteers, stepped into this lively world filled with anticipation and excitement. Inside the zoo, some animals strolled or played joyfully, their every movement capturing the children’s attention. Volunteers patiently explained the animals’ habits, guiding the children to observe their behaviours. Through laughter and amazement, the children experienced the wonders of nature and the diversity of life.
This event, meticulously planned and carefully prepared with our hearts, aims to create a safe, joyful, and loving environment for the children.
