We partnered with TMF Group to weave a wonderful encounter of dreams and technology not long ago. On this special day, a group of kindergarten migrant children with innocent dreams, stepped into TMF Group’s office building to embark on a unique journey of learning the basics of ScratchJR programming.
First Experience with Programming, Unlimited Creativity
As the children entered the newly decorated “classroom”, they were immediately captivated by the iPad screens and the colourful ScratchJR interface. In the programming of ScratchJR, there were no complex codes, just blocks to drag and drop. Every action and combination made the characters on the screen come alive, as if they had magic powers. The volunteers from TMF Group transformed into patient “magicians”, guiding the children through this digital world full of endless possibilities, using the simplest and most understandable language.
The Seed of Dreams Sets Sail
Through this vivid ScratchJR programming class, the children not only learned how to operate the magical tool – the iPad, but more importantly, they experienced the charm of technology. This sparked their curiosity to explore the unknown and planted the seed of becoming future scientists in their hearts. Today’s little programmers may become tomorrow’s tech stars, weaving the world with code and lighting up the future with wisdom.
